Since 2011, Agon Leadership has served the needs of boards and senior management teams across the United States and Canada who are unnecessarily experiencing the pain of dysfunction. Cathie Leimbach
President & Senior Consultant

Cathie Leimbach is a governance expert and coach who gives organizational leaders access to effective leadership practices and personalized strategies.  As President and Senior Consultant at Agon Leadership, she is dedicated to moving organizations from dysfunction and frustration to effectiveness and success.  After several years of work in financial management and business training, Cathie moved full-time into the leadership development field and now seeks to share best practices to create healthy and productive workplaces.

Cathie has served on a diversity of boards, and has held the position of Chair in professional, cooperative, academic, and non-profit organizations. She is an affiliate of Strive! and the 5 Languages of Appreciation at Work, and a member of the International Coaching Association Cleveland Chapter and Leadership Lorain County Alumni. Cathie lives in Ohio with her husband and two teenage daughters, and enjoys travel, swimming, and reading.

 

 

Heather Bulan
Trainer & Facilitator

Heather Bulan is a management, leadership and organizational consultant with 14 years of entrepreneurial experience as a retail business owner. She is also a social scientist holding a Master’s degree in Sociology with ten years of experience as a university instructor. She is an expert on the social psychology of workplace dynamics.

As a facilitator and trainer for Agon Leadership, Heather specializes in Team Building workshops. She is passionate about helping organizations to capitalize on their human resources, attesting to the truth of Richard Branson’s philosophy that “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.”

Heather lives in Vermilion, Ohio where she is actively involved in community non-profit organizations and enjoys power walking, yoga, and cultural studies.

 

 

Lauren Christie
Executive Assistant

Lauren Christie joined Agon Leadership in 2013 and holds a Bachelors of Science in Leadership with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton.  She has previously worked for an entrepreneurial business and served on management teams. For Agon Leadership she maintains administrative and other behind-the-scenes systems and operations.

She takes pride in utilizing her skills enabling others to unlock their potential and achieve success in leadership and life. Among other things Lauren especially enjoys living on the beautiful Lake Erie Shores city of Vermilion, OH, knitting, cycling, and traveling.
