Since 2011, Agon Leadership has served the needs of boards and senior management teams across the United States and Canada who are unnecessarily experiencing the pain of dysfunction. Empowered to overcome that pain, they can then experience the joy of an aligned and cohesive leadership team achieving its goals.
The Greek word agon (pronounced ā-gän) means to “intentionally utilize strengths to achieve goals”, and through training, consulting, decision-making facilitation, and coaching, Agon Leadership equips leaders and organizations to do just that. Our interactive, engaging processes are customized, designed to be implemented by leaders of the client organization, and proven to solve problems―not just treat symptoms. Join trained facilitators who have experienced and overcome the pain of organizational frustration and walk with us as you discover your pathway to leadership excellence.
